  Expert skeptical over ex-president Kocharian’s comeback December 12, 2012 - 21:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Political analyst Armen Badalyan has expressed skepticism over the comeback of former Armenian president Robert Kocharian. “Don’t think that geopolitical centers will stake on Kocharian’s comeback ahead of the presidential polls,” the expert told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, deeming the ex-leader’s return logical on Dec 25-Jan 4, during the candidates’ registration. He further noted that Kocharian has no backing even in terms of organizational issues unless Prosperous Armenia resolves to endorse him.
