The problem lies between 2 countries, while the EU is a group of states, Ambassador Traian Hristea said during a lecture in Yerevan. “The EU was founded to prevent recurrence of bloody pages in history, with the experience amassed to be used in promoting peace,” he said. “Peace is a much more favorable state.
