The second group will arrive in Armenia in January, with the short-term observer mission to be deployed on February 15. Alexander Tsinker pledged to carry out an impartial observer mission, without presenting his personal viewpoint. The experts further called on all those involved in the electoral processes to avoid statements that might cast doubt on the election results, voicing hope for the polls to be in line with the international standards.
