As the Central Election Committee spokesperson Hermine Harutyunyan told PanARMENIAN.Net the expert has submitted his documents on Friday, December 28. Ghukasyan is known for his political activity, being one of the initiators and members of the brigade for dismantlement of booths at Mashtots park.
