BEST WAY OF PROVIDING SECURITY FOR KARABAKH - ITS JOINING ARMENIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - "The best way of providing security for Karabakh may become its joining Armenia", OSCE PA rapporteur on Nagorno Karabakh Goran Lennmarker stated in Washington calling upon the parties to the soonest settlement of the conflict and put an end to occupation. At the same time the Swedish parliamentarian called Azerbaijan to refrain from militaristic statements and convince Armenians that "nothing threatens it from Azerbaijan's part". In his conclusion the rapporteur noted that NATO, OSCE and CE will promote the process of the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict. He also suggested formation of Justice and Reconciliation commission to investigate historical truth. However it may happen only after the liberation of the seized territories and the return of displaced persons, IA Regnum reports.
