ARMENIAN PEACEKEEPERS DID NOT DEPART FOR IRAQ

PanARMENIAN.Net - Contrary to the information spread by some media the 12-th Armenian battalion did not depart for Iraq, RA Defense Minister's Press Secretary, Colonel Seyran Shahsuvarian stated in a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. To note, July 10 the solemn farewell ceremony took place. The second shift of the peacekeepers was composed of doctors, combat engineers and drivers. After the arrival of the second group the first one will return to the homeland within few days.
