CROATIAN NEWLY APPOINTED AMBASSADOR PRESENTED CREDENTIALS TO KOCHARIAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today newly appointed Croatian Ambassador to Armenia Neven Madey (residence Athens) presented credentials to President Robert Kocharian, reported the Press Service of the Armenian leader. Having congratulated the diplomat on appointment to the post, R. Kocharian wished him good luck in fulfilling the high mission. The interlocutors noted the historical community and similar problems of Armenia and Croatia. Having emphasized the importance of activation of bilateral political contacts, R. Kocharian remarked much work has to be done to intensify commercial and economic relations. Within that context the need to form the legal framework was pointed out. In his turn Neven Madey acquainted the Armenian President with Croatia-EU relations and recent development in the countries of the former Yugoslavia region.
