Heritage leader visits Armenia’s Armavir province![]() January 30, 2013 - 20:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage leader, presidential candidate Raffi Hovannissian visited Armavir province on Jan 30, where he briefed on his views on rural development. “Today, Armenia’s rural areas are in need of investment and loan programs, development of farming and effectible measures to foster the field. The government must always back the villagers,” Raffi Hovannissian said in Shenik village. The candidate voiced confidence for Armavir province residents to go to Feb 18 polls. He further visited Sardarapat memorial complex to honor the memory of those fallen in the battle, press service of Mr Hovannissian’s campaign headquarters reported. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
