During Feb 1 spacebridge, he voiced hope that “Armenia’s law enforcement bodies will soon find the culprit.” “The occurred may serve a reason for the delay of the presidential vote. I have just returned from Armenia and can confidently say that the election campaign runs in smooth and democratic mode,” he said, expressing hope for the campaign to maintain the previous course of development. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
