  Free Democrats chairman leaves Heritage parliamentary group February 4, 2013 - 14:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Free Democrats party chairman Khachatur Kokobelyan has left Heritage parliamentary group, Armenian National Assembly speaker Hovik Abrahamyan said at the opening of a 4-day parliamentary session. Mr Kokobelyan is henceforth an independent MP. Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan was also present at the meeting. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
