CEC: Sargsyan, Hovannisian lead presidential race as of 4 am

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Central Election Commission has finalized the counting of votes from 1789 polling stations.

As of 4 am, Feb 19, the chairman of the ruling RPA, incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan garnered 756 328 (58,54 %) votes; Heritage party chairman Raffi Hovannisian got 476 393 (36,87 %) votes; former foreign minister of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arman Melikyan received 3 081 (0,24%) votes; former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan - 27 536 (2,13%) votes; National Self-Determination Union party head Paruyr Hayrikyan - 15 850 (1,23%) votes; Radio Hay director Andrias Ghukasyan 7 308 (0,57%) votes; literature expert Vardan Sedrakyan – 5 457 (0,42%) votes.
