  RPA spokesman: it’s time Raffi Hovannisian got back to reality February 20, 2013 - 16:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian has indulged in fantasy after the announcement of the voting results, the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) spokesman said. Commenting on Mr Hovannisian’s statement deeming himself as the elected president of Armenia, Eduard Sharmazanov said, “It’s time Raffi got back to reality and put an end to unserious statements.”   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
