Azeri troops shell Armenian border villages

PanARMENIAN.Net - On Feb 21, 6 pm local time, Azerbaijani army units shelled border villages of Armenia Aygepar, Movses and Nerkin Karmraghbyur.

In conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, head of Nerkin Karmraghbyur village administration Manvel Kamendatyan said, Azerbaijani army shelled the villages from large caliber weapons, with the roofs and windows of the houses damaged.

He further expressed fears that shelling may continue on Feb 22 night.

Head of Movses village administration Ararat Avalyan, in turn, noted that the shots damaged the roofs and windows.
