Armenia participates in UNESCO exhibition

PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 8, Paris hosted the opening of a UNESCO exhibition, dedicated to the International Women's Day.

The event brought together representatives from 8 countries (Armenia, France, Bolivia, India, Morocco, Ethiopia, Belarus and the Netherlands), with sculptor Nina Khemchyan representing Armenia. UNESCO Director-General Irina Bokova, Armenian ambassador to France Vigen Chitechyan, heads of UNESCO national delegations, representatives of NGOs, political, cultural organizations and media agencies present.

The exhibition will run until March 20, RA MFA press service reported.
