US Former Ambassador to Turkey Suggests Yerevan and Ankara «Discuss Common Past»

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh issue needs to be solved for establishment of Armenian-Turkish relations «by means of discussion of common history of the two countries,» stated US former Ambassador to Turkey Mark Grossman when speaking of Armenian Turkish relations. He voiced his support to Turkey's proposal on forming a joint Armenian-Turkish commission. Speaking of the talks on Turkey's accession to the EU, M. Grossman called their beginning «a diplomatic victory.»
