Steven Mann: Parties to Karabakh conflict Can Reach Agreement

PanARMENIAN.Net - There is no downturn in the settlement process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, in fact, the parties take the peace regulation quite seriously, OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-Chair Steven Mann said. Mann also said that at the October 24-25 meeting of the Co-Chairs the results of the negotiations held in Kazan in May will be discussed.
