Artsakh leader awards 12 individuals with “For Service in Battle” medal

PanARMENIAN.Net - President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed several decrees on April 4, in connection with the 20th anniversary of the Qarvachar liberation. . 12 individuals were awarded with the Medal "For Service in Battle" for bravery shown while defending the NKR borders. 10 individuals were awarded with the "Gratitude" medal for contribution to the socio-economic development of the Shahumyan province.
