Wrestler David Safaryan may participate in World Universiade

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian freestyle wrestler, European championship winner David Safaryan is currently in training in Krasnodar.

In conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Safaryan said he analyzed his mistakes following London Olympics to start trainings for new season.

“I’m happy that I won gold for my country. I know that it was Martin Berberyan that last managed to bring victory to Armenia,” Safaryan said.

The athlete further announced a plan to participate in the World Universiade, due in July, to further start trainings for the world championships.
