  Artsakh President awards police officers April 16, 2013 - 21:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed decrees according to which head of criminal department of the NKR Police, lieutenant colonel Mher Poghosyan, head of criminal investigations department of the NKR Police, lieutenant colonel Vazgen Zakharyan and head of the Martouni regional department of the Police Valery Grigoryan were conferred the rank of Police colonel. According to another presidential decree deputy police chief of the Republic of Armenia, head of the central investigation department, major-general Gagik Hambardzumyan was awarded with the “Mkhitar Gosh” medal, Central Information Department at Artsakh President's office reported.
