 Oskanian, European observers discuss election campaign May 3, 2013 - 15:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prosperous Armenia party member Vartan Oskanian met Friday, May 3 with the representatives of Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, currently in Yerevan to monitor city council elections. At the request of the delegation leader Stewart Dickson, Mr. Oskanian briefed the observers on the course of the election campaign, with the risks of election fraud and possible post-election developments further discussed.
