Armenian, Norwegian FMs hail development of bilateral ties![]() May 18, 2013 - 14:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with his Norwegian counterpartEspen Barth Eide, as part of his visit to Strasbourg. The ministers highly assessed the development of relations in the past years, hailing the high-level visits and expansion of the legal framework. Regional issues were further discussed, with Minister Nalbandian briefing his Norwegian counterpart on Armenia’s and international community’s efforts aimed at the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh problem, RA MFA press service reported. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
