Artsakh President honors Armenian-Russian philanthropist![]() May 27, 2013 - 21:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan met a Russian philanthropist of Armenian descent Sergey Hambardzumyan on Monday, May 27. President Sahakyan awarded the philanthropist with Vachagan Barepasht medal, thanking Hambardzumyan for his contribution to strengthening and development of Artsakh. The meeting further focused on a number of projects being implemented in NKR, the Central Information Department at Artsakh President's Office reported. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
