Armenia-EU Action Plan to Offer New Possibilities for European Integration

PanARMENIAN.Net - January 19 in Vienna Armenian National Assembly Chairman Artur Baghdassaryan met with EU Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner, ODIHR Director Christian Strohal, Director General for External and Politico-Military Affairs Robert Cooper and other officials. During the meetings Artur Baghdassaryan noted the importance of the soonest start of the Armenia-EU Action Plan and voiced hope that it will offer new possibilities for the further integration into the European structures. On the same day Artur Baghdassaryan addressed an international conference with a report titled "European Strategy of Promotion of Democratization in Post Socialist States."
