  NKR Leader to Meet OSCE CiO in YerevanJanuary 23, 2006 - 17:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh President Arkady Ghukasian arrived in Yerevan on a 2-day working visit today. The NKR leader is scheduled to meet with OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Belgian Foreign Minister Karel De Gucht, who will arrive in Armenia January 24, reported Mediamax.
