  January 24 OSCE CiO to Arrive in Yerevan on Formal VisitJanuary 23, 2006 - 17:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - January 24 OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Belgian Foreign Minister Karel De Gucht will arrive in Yerevan on a formal 2-day visit, RA MFA press office said. During the visit Mr. Karel De Gucht is scheduled to meet with Armenian President Robert Kocharian, Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian and NKR President Arkady Ghukasian.
