Romania to Convene Summit on Frozen ConflictsFebruary 9, 2006 - 15:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Frozen conflicts in the Black Sea region are «a source of threat and asymmetrical risks,» Romanian FM Mikhay Razvan Ungurianu stated in Berlin before the meeting with his German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier. Ungurianu assured that in summer 2006 Romania is going to convene a summit, which will discuss the increasing threat posed by frozen conflicts in the Black Sea region, including the conflict in Nagorno Karabakh.Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
