  Nigerian ambassador arrives in Armenia July 1, 2013 - 21:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Manaseryan met Monday, July 1, with Nigerian ambassador Alhaji Tukur Mani (residence in Tehran). Congratulating the ambassador on the appointment, Mr. Manaseryan wished him every success at the post and voiced hope that the envoy will promote development of bilateral ties. Armenia attaches importance to relations with African countries, he said. The ambassador, in turn, assured that he will spare no effort to strengthen ties between the two countries. Trade and economic cooperation was also discussed.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
