Pakistan "Ready to Help Baku" to Solve Karabakh Issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - Pakistan supports "right and fair" position of Azerbaijan in the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and is ready provide any assistance for the settlement of the problem, Muhammad Khafiz, the Pakistani Ambassador to Azerbaijan, stated at a meeting with Oktai Asadov, the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Friday. On behalf of his government the diplomat congratulated Asadov on his election as the Speaker and wished him good luck in his activities. In his turn the Milli Majlis chairman stated that mutual visits of the two presidents opened a new stage in the development of relationships between Azerbaijan and Pakistan. He underscored the importance of expansion of the cooperation between the two countries within the international framework and the arranging mutual visits to that end, reported Trend agency.
