PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian signed the decree on removing Ashot Hovakimian from the post of RA Ambassador to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, RA leader's press service told PanARMENIAN.Net To remind, by decree of December 26, 2005 Ashot Hovakimian was removed from the post of RA Ambassador to Poland and appointed Ambassador to Austria.
