Turkey’s attempts to pose conditions in normalizing ties useless: FM

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will meet his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu in Yerevan Dec 12.

At a briefing following the BSEC session, Nalbandian reiterated Armenia’s stance. The minister stated that relations with Turkey can only be normalized without preconditions, with Ankara’s terms unacceptable to Yerevan, Panorama.am said.

“Turkey’s attempts to link rapprochement with other issues are headed for failure,” Armenia Today cited the official as saying.

As he noted in conclusion, meetings with the leaders of BSEC member states’ delegations are also on agenda.
