“True Blood” star to topline psychological thriller “Origami Fox”

PanARMENIAN.Net - “True Blood” actress Fiona Dourif is set to star in the psychological thriller “Origami Fox”, TheWrap reported.

“Origami Fox” marks the feature film debut of writer/director Stuart Sauvarin, whose company Sauvtrac is producing the movie in association with Union Entertainment Group.

A thriller in the vein of Darren Aronofsky’s “Black Swan” and David Fincher’s “The Game,” “Origami Fox” is set in a world of opulence where nothing is as it seems.

Dourif will play Brea, a young girl seeking revenge in the aftermath of death as the world around her unravels, revealing horrifying secrets about her life and family.

UEG’s recent productions “Hateship Loveship” and “The Brass Teapot” premiered at the last two Toronto International Film Festivals.

Dourif, the daughter of Oscar-nominated “Child’s Play” star Brad Dourif, recently joined her father in the latest installment of the popular horror franchise “Curse of Chucky.” She played a witch on the fourth season of HBO’s “True Blood” and has also appeared in Paul Thomas Anderson’s “The Master” and Oren Moverman’s “The Messenger.”
