“Words & Pictures” romcom trailer features Clive Owen, Juliette Binoche

PanARMENIAN.Net - Clive Owen features in the first trailer for Words and Pictures, Digital Spy said.

The British actor stars opposite Juliette Binoche in the romantic comedy from Fred Schepisi, which had its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival in 2013.

Written by Gerald Di Pego, the film is centred around a writer and teacher (Owen) who has lost his drive, and an artist who is struggling to paint due to her failing body (Binoche).

The pair clash at their school, before igniting a battle over which is more powerful and important, words or pictures.

Words and Pictures is a rare comedic English-language outing for Oscar-winner Binoche, who will next appear in Godzilla.

The romantic comedy will be released at cinemas on May 23 in the US. A UK date has yet to be confirmed.

Owen will soon star in Steven Soderbergh's upcoming TV drama The Kick.
