 Emergency response service numbers in Armenia free of charge May 14, 2014 - 12:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS announced that henceforth the calls made to 112 and 911 emergency response service numbers on the territory of the VivaCell-MTS network coverage are free of charge for the subscribers of both VivaCell-MTS and other RA mobile operators’ customers.
