Oskanian and Mammadyarov Met in Strasbourg

PanARMENIAN.Net - The meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Vartan Oskanian and Elmar Mammadyarov with the Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement was held in Strasbourg May 19. After the meeting Vartan Oskanian and Elmar Mammadyarov proceeded with the talks in private. The meeting of the Ministers was bearing a preparatory nature on the threshold of the mediators' visit to the region late May. The interlocutors considered the major principles and approaches to the conflict settlement. The Armenian party gives positive estimate to the talks although there still remain unsettled issues, reported the RA MFA press office.
