Referendum on Independence to Be Held in Transdniestria till End of September

PanARMENIAN.Net - Referendum on independence will be held in Transdniestria till the end of September, President of the unrecognized republic Igor Smirnov stated. The referendum is needed to consult with the people. Maybe even two referenda will be held to determine the priority line, that is the attitude towards CIS and especially Russia," he said.



"World is longing for peace and order. We will conduct this referendum to be absolutely sure and receive advice from the people," Smirnov said, reported RIA Novosti.
