Armenia Ratified Treaty on Banning Nuclear Tests

PanARMENIAN.Net - June 12 Armenia ratified the Treaty on comprehensive ban on nuclear tests. The respective verification documents are conveyed to the depository of the UN Sec.-Gen. A key fact for the Treaty coming into effect is its signing by all 44 countries, which took part in the conference in 1996. Armenia is not among these. Out of this list only 34 countries have ratified it up to now, including Russia in 2000.
