US SUGGESTS ARMENIA AID ON CONDITION OF REFORMS IN SOME SPHERES

PanARMENIAN.Net - US has suggested Armenia $1 billion aid on the condition of making fundamental changes in a number of spheres. According to "De Facto" agency, the reforms will concern 16 key points: starting with the human rights sphere and ending with the foreign investment legislation. The term of fulfilling the requirements is one year. In opinion of the US Treasury, the competition will be a stimulus for quick and accurate meeting of the demands, as a number of developing countries, where per capita annual income is less than $1435, also compete for the grant.
