OSCE Project Coordinator operations in Baku discontinued![]() July 6, 2015 - 12:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Project Coordinator in Baku’s operations in Azerbaijan were discontinued Saturday, July 4. The OSCE said, however, it remains open to other forms of cooperation with Azerbaijan. The discontinuation follows the termination by Azerbaijan of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Project Coordinator in Baku between the government of Azerbaijan and the OSCE at the beginning of last month, resulting in a month-long process which ended last week. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
