Iranian Foreign Minister’s visit to Turkey delayed, no details

PanARMENIAN.Net - Iranian Foreign Minister MohammadJavad Zarif's visit to Turkey was postponed, a Turkish foreign ministry official said on Tuesday, Aug 11, according to Reuters.

The official gave no further details.

A Press TV report earlier said that Zarif was scheduled embark on the second round of his tour of regional countries after a nuclear agreement reached between Iran and six world powers. The top Iranian diplomat was due in Ankara on Tuesday and then sets off for the Lebanese capital, Beirut.

Prior to this, the Iranian Foreign Minister paid an official visit to Kuwait, Qatar and Iraq late in July and held key talks with the three nation’s authorities.
