  AZERBAIJAN REFUSES TO COOPERATE WITH ARMENIA UNTIL KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENTJuly 16, 2003 - 20:15 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan is not going to recommence the economic cooperation with Armenia until Nagorno Karabakh conflict is settled. As reported by "Interfax" agency, Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev stated. In his words, "many European and international organizations try to distract the attention from the given point of view, this however being our principal position". Nobody can force Azerbaijan to this cooperation, the minister stated. At the same time, V. Guliyev emphasized that "the regional economic projects will be ineffective without the participation of rich in resources Azerbaijan". The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
