Director of the EU Directorate General for External Relations Hugh Patrick Mingarelli headed the EU delegation. The sides discussed the issues referring to the European Neighborhood Policy. The Armenian officials briefed on the process of reforms carried out in various directions. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
