OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs to visit Nagorno Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - On the sidelines of their regional visit, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs will also visit Nagorno Karabakh, a spokesperson for Artsakh’s President said, according to Artsakhpress.

According to Davit Babayan, the mediators will meet with Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan, as well as Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan. He did not rule out the possibility of other official meetings.

The OSCE Minsk Group will visit Armenia on October 26, to meet with President Serzh Sargsyan and Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.

Commenting on the meeting of the Presidents of the two countries, Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said: "There is no need to hurry about the time and place of the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents, as Co-chairs are scheduled to discuss the issue during the visit. Either the Presidents will choose the meeting venue, or the Co-chairs will arrive with a proposal.”
