  RA President to Depart for Cyprus on First-Ever State Visit November 22November 20, 2006 - 15:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian will depart for Cyprus on a first-ever state visit November 22, Victor Soghomonian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. The President will meet with the Cypriot leadership to discuss the Armenian-Cypriot relations, specifically establishment and expansion of the trade and economic relations between the two states.
