Kazimirov: Nagorno Karabakh Status Remains Hardest Problem
Any statistics in the negotiation process on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is doubtful, former OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair Vladimir Kazimirov told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter when commenting on the statement by Azeri FM Elmar Mammadyarov about the only unsettled item.
