The leader of world rating became Hong Kong with 89.3 points. The second place occupies Singapore (85.7) and the 3rd - Australia (82.7). In this rating Russia occurred in 120th place. Armenia and some other post-soviet countries have outstripped Russia. Particularly, Estonia occupied 12th, Lithuania - 22nd places. Georgia is in 35th, Kirgizia - 79th and Moldova - 81st place. The economic freedoms in Ukraine are worse than in Russia. It occupied 125th place. Cuba and North Korea occurred in the last positions.
