RA MFA offered OSCE ODIHR to send observers to Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Foreign Ministry issued a formal invitation to the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights to send observers to Armenia, RA MFA Acting Spokesman Vladimir Karapetian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. He informed that February 15 at the sitting of the OSCE Permanent Council the RA ambassador to the organization officially declared that the parliamentary election in Armenia will be held on May 12.
