EU’s Mogherini to meet with Armenian, Azeri Presidents in Vienna![]() May 16, 2016 - 10:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini will on Monday, May 16 meet with the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Vienna, head of the EU delegation to Armenia Piotr Switalski said, according to RFE/RL Armenian Service. “The Nagorno Karabakh conflict has no military solution,” Switalski said. “Mogherini will reiterate the EU stance at the meeting with the Presidents.” The Armenian and Azeri leaders are also set to meet with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs, as well as the U.S., French and Russian foreign policy chiefs in Vienna. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington. The CSTO budget for the current year requires adjustments due to the refusal of Yerevan to pay their share of contributions. Six total incidents have burned 19 old-growth trees. Friday night 8 trees were torched along the beautiful main entrance.
