  Peter Semneby to arrive in Yerevan March 23March 20, 2007 - 15:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - European Union's Special Representative for Southern Caucasus Peter Semneby will arrive in Yerevan March 23, RA MFA Acting Press Officer Vladimir Karapetyan told the PanARMENIAN.Net journalist. Semneby himself said during his visit he is going to meet with Armenian authorities. The Special Representative plans to visit Azerbaijan and then Nagorno Karabakh in April. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
