First instance courts received 80 complaintsMay 12, 2007 - 22:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the data furnished by the RA Court of Cassations, 80 complaints on the parliamentary election process were introduced in first instance courts. All appeals were satisfied. There were no complaints from Shengavit, Malatia-Sebastia, Arabkir, Kanaker-Zeytun, Erebuni-Nubarashen and Kentron-Nork Marash communities. 2 complaints were received from Achapnyak-Davidashen community and 4 complaints from Avan and Nor Nork. Kotayk presented 11 complaints, Shirak - 63, Syunik - 1. Complaints were not fixed in Ararat, Armavir, Aragatsotn, Lori, Tavush, Gegharkunik and Vayots Dzor.
