German diplomats said governmental visits to Nagorno Karabakh are not organized, Agayev noted. "Visits of NGO members are not controlled by the government, since they are private. As to presence of a Bundestag member in the delegation, the Foreign Ministry said the information is false. There was no deputy named Markus Gizeke in Bundestag during the recent 15 years," Agayev says, APA reports.An official source in NKR told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that the Azeri side spreads misinformation again. "The German delegation is in NKR on a familiarization visit.
